JUDGEMENT

(1.) Plaintiff-appellant is in second appeal against the concurrent findings recorded by both the courts below whereby his suit for joint possession has been dismissed and the findings affirmed in appeal.

(2.) Brief facts of the case are that the plaintiff-appellant filed a suit for joint possession to the extent of his 1-7 th share being the legal heir of his father Inder Singh and mother Gian Kaur (after their death).

(3.) After hearing both the sides, learned Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Kaithal vide its judgment and decree dated 1.5.2010 dismissed the suit however liberty was granted to the plaintiff-appellant to recover the sale consideration from defendant-respondent Nos.1 to 6 in accordance with law if they admitted him as their brother and legal heir of Inder Singh and Gian Kaur. On an appeal having been filed by the plaintiffappellant, the same has also been dismissed by the learned Addl. District Judge, Kaithal vide judgment and decree dated 9.6.2012, hence the present appeal.
