HOSHIYAR Vs. STATE OF HARYANA AND OTHERS

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Vide this order, above mentioned two petitions would be disposed of as the petitioners have sought quashing of the FIR No. 15 dated 8.1.2012, under Section 363, 366-A of the Indian Penal Code ('IPC' for short) (later on Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC) registered at Police Station Ballabhgarh City, District Faridabad.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that Sania, sister of respondent No.3 Hakam, has performed marriage with petitioner Hoshiyar of her own free will. At present Sania was six months pregnant.

(3.) Learned State counsel as well as counsel for respondent No.3, on the other hand, have opposed the petitions. Sania-sister of respondent No.3, is present in person.
