JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner Anita Dhillon wife of Amarjit Singh, has preferred the instant petition for regular bail, in a case registered against her by means of FIR No.207 dated 18.05.2011 for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471 IPC, by the police of Police Station Sector-34, Chandigarh, invoking the provisions of Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(2.) Notice of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, having gone through the record with their valuable help and after considering the entire matter deeply, to my mind, the instant petition deserves to be accepted in this context.
