JUDGEMENT

(1.) Sub Inspector, Suresh Kumar, who has come to assist the State counsel is not aware of the fact whether the witnesses have supported the prosecution case or not. He seems to be hiding something as this fact is clearly noticed in the earlier order passed by this Court where such statement was made by none other than the State counsel.

(2.) It is a blind murder. Mr. Bains appearing for the petitioner draws my attention to the order passed in respect of co-accused, Mukesh. This Court, while granting bail to the co-accused, which include the complainant and the wife of the deceased, has not supported the prosecution version. The petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2010.

(3.) Keeping the case of the petitioner at par with the co-accused, the case for grant of bail is made out. Bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Sonipat.
