JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner-Navtej Singh @ Bhola son of Harjiwan Singh, has directed the present petition for anticipatory bail in a case registered against him along with his other co-accused, vide FIR No.23 dated 22.03.2011, on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under Sections 435, 341, 427, 323, 193, 148, 149 and 379 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, by the police of Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga, invoking the provisions of Section 438 Cr.P.C.

(2.) Notice of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, having gone through the record with their valuable assistance and after considering the entire matter deeply, to my mind, there is no merit in the instant petition in this context.
