JUDGEMENT

(1.) The complaint filed by Rajesh Bhatt was ordered to be taken up on the judicial side. Notice was issued to the State.

(2.) Learned State counsel who is assisted by Sub Inspector Satbir Singh has submitted that complainant was facing trial in FIR No. 704 dated 22.11.2011 under Sections 306, 511 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 on a complaint made by Rekha, sister of Satish Kumar (husband of Deepa, daughter of the complainant).
