JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., for the grant of regular bail in FIR No.264 dated 9.10.2011, under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station, Rajpura City, District Patiala.

(2.) It is pertinent to observe here that the petitioner had filed an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for the grant of prearrest bail. The said application was dismissed by the High Court.
