MUKHTIAR SINGH Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner Mukhtiar Singh son of Sh. Niranjan Singh, has preferred the instant petition for anticipatory bail in a case registered against him along with his other co-accused, vide FIR No.50 dated 12.07.2012, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471 IPC, by the police of Police Station Khilchain, District Amritsar, invoking the provisions of Section 438 Cr.P.C.

(2.) Notice of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) After hearing learned counsel for the parties, going through the record with their valuable assistance and after considering the entire matter deeply, to my mind, the instant petition deserves to be accepted in this context.
