JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution prays for issuance of a direction to State of Haryana and its Officers like Deputy Commissioner, District Development and Panchayat Officer and Block Development and Panchayat Officer to conduct high level inquiry into the illegal felling of trees and their sales by the Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat Village Tasrouli, P.S. Panjokhra, Tehsil Naraingarh, District Ambala. According to allegation made in the petition, the trees were standing over Government land/ Panchayat Deh land planted under the community forestry project Haryana in collaboration with the officials of the community forestry Haryana.

(2.) Before approaching this Court, the petitioner or some other persons have made vague type of representations, which have been placed on record as Annexure P-1 to P-5. However, no demand justice notice giving specific details and violation of provision of law has been served.
