JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS petition under section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 126 dated 22.3.2009, under sections 452/448/511/506/323/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Phase-I, Mohali and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2) reached between the parties.
