JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail filed under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR No.122 dated 01.10.2009 under Sections 307, 326, 324, 452, 148 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Lambra District Jalandhar.

(2.) I have heard Learned Counsel for the parties and gone through the record.

(3.) It has been argued by the Learned Counsel for the petitioner that he has been continuing in custody since 15.07.2010 and that all the other accused are on bail either by this Court or by the Court of Sessions.
