SATYABIR SINGH & ORS Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners Satyabir Singh and others have preferred the instant petition for the grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered against them, by virtue of FIR No.17 dated 17.1.2012 (Annexure P1), on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under sections 406, 498-A and 506 read with section 34 IPC by the Police of Police Station Nissing, District Karnal, invoking the provisions of section 438 Cr.PC.

(2.) Notice of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, going through the record with their valuable help and after considering the entire matter deeply, to my mind, the present petition deserves to be accepted in this regard.
