JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition filed under Sec. 438 Code Criminal Procedure is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.70, dated 17.8.2012, under Sec. 58 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, and under Sections 193, 195, 196, 211, 120-B Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Dharamgarh, District Sangrur.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record carefully. This Court passed the following order on 30.10.2012:
