JUDGEMENT

(1.) BY this order, I propose to dispose of four writ petitions i.e. CWP No. 14569 of 2011 titled as Kishori Lal Sharma vs. State of Haryana and others, CWP No. 15523 of 2011 titled as Sudhir Kumar and others vs. State of Haryana and others, CWP No. 17618 of 2011 titled as Radhey Shyam Sharma vs. State of Haryana and others and CWP No. 17623 of 2011 titled as Jaswant Rai Raheja vs. State of Haryana and others, as common questions of fact and law are involved.

(2.) REPLIES in these writ petitions have been filed in Court today, which are taken on record.

(3.) IN the light of the replies, which have been filed in Court today, Mr. Rathee states that such like teachers, who had earlier served in Haryana Government Aided Schools prior to either the school being taken over or their appointment in Government service, have been granted the benefit of counting of such service by a policy generalizing a judgment passed by this Court in the case of Vijay Singh vs. State of Haryana and others. The Policy is dated 10.06.2011 (Annexure R-1). He further submits that petitioners may file representations claiming the benefit of the Policy dated 10.06.2011 (Annexure R-1), which will be considered and decided at an early date. Counsel for the petitioners accepts the suggestion made by the counsel for the respondents.
