JUDGEMENT

(1.) CM No.14825-CII of 2012 Allowed as prayed for. CR No.3460 of 2012

(2.) DEFENDANT No.1 has filed this revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing order dated 29.02.2012 Annexure P-1 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bhiwani, thereby dismissing application of defendant No.1 for clubbing of the instant suit filed by respondents No.1 to 3/plaintiffs against defendant No.1/petitioner and respondent No.4 as proforma defendant No.2 with another suit filed by defendant No.1/petitioner against respondents herein, alleging that both the suits pertain to the same property and are between the same parties and to avoid conflicting decisions, the suits should be clubbed together.

(3.) LEARNED trial Court vide order Annexure P-1, dismissed the application of defendant No.1 for clubbing the suits together. Feeling aggrieved, defendant No.1 has filed this revision petition.
