JUDGEMENT

(1.) DEFENDANT No.1-Chanderpati having lost in both the courts below has filed this second appeal.

(2.) IT is unfortunate litigation among real sisters.

(3.) JUDGMENT and decree dated 04.05.1996 passed in favour of defendant No.1-appellant against Manphool in civil suit No.59-C of 1996 and the consequent mutation were challenged in the suit being based on fraud etc. -2- and also being unregistered. Two subsequent sale deeds of the suit land by defendant No.1 in favour of defendant No.3 for 99 years were also challenged in the suit.
