(1.) Concisely, the facts and material, culminating in the commencement, relevant for disposal of the instant petition and emanating from the record are that, initially the petitioner-complainant Jagtar Singh son of Tek Singh(for brevity "the complainant") filed a criminal complaint(Annexure P-1) against the respondents-accused Randhir Singh and others, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 452, 323, 324, 504, 506 and 34 IPC. The trial Court dismissed the complaint without summoning the accused, by means of impugned order dated 09.01.2012(Annexure P-2).
(2.) Aggrieved thereby, the revision petition filed by the petitioner-complainant, was dismissed as well by the Sessions Judge, by virtue of impugned judgment dated 10.07.2012(Annexure P-3).
(3.) The petitioner-complainant still did not feel satisfied and preferred the present second revision petition, (which is otherwise legally barred), in the garb of petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to challenge the impugned orders(Annexures P-2 and P-3).
