(2.) APPLICATION is allowed and Annexures P-1 and P-2 are taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Main Case :

(3.) PLAINTIFF has filed suit for possession of suit land by specific performance of agreement to sell dated 01.02.2006. The sale deed was to be executed up to 30.10.2006. However, on 27.10.2006, the date for execution of sale deed was extended up to 10.01.2007. The plaintiff has alleged that he always remained ready and willing to perform his part of the contract, but the defendants failed to perform their part of the contract.
