BUTA SINGH Vs. MOHINDER SINGH AND OTHERS

JUDGEMENT

(1.) PW1 Buta Singh, the complainant has filed this application under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C. seeking leave to file an appeal against judgment dated 2.8.2011, acquitting respondent Nos.1 to 4 of the charges framed against them.

(2.) FIR No.14 was registered against the above respondents on 14.3.2011, for commission of offences under Sections 302/34 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

(3.) Respondents, named above, were put to face trial on an allegation that on 13.3.2011, during night, in the area of village Mussewala, Mohinder Singh (respondent No.1) caused injuries to Gurnam Singh by firing shots from AK47 rifle.
