JUDGEMENT

(1.) NOTICE of motion. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Suvir Sehgal, learned Addl. AG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioners undertakes to supply three copies of the petition to the learned Addl. A G during the course of the day failing which this order shall be automatically recalled and the writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed for non -prosecution.

(3.) THE petitioners seek grant of higher grade as per the qualification possessed by them in view of the Government instructions dated 23.7.1957.
