(3.) Both the above named respondents were arrayed as accused in FIR No. 66 dated 30.5.2010, Police Station Sadar, Muktsar for commission of offence under Section 302/34 IPC. It was an allegation against them that they, in furtherance of their common intention, had killed Balkaran Singh son of Chhota Singh (PW.1).
