JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this common judgment, this Court shall dispose of the six appeals, noticed on the prepage, filed against the common Award dated 10.5.2011, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sirsa ( for short the '"Tribunal").

(2.) The controversy involved in all the appeals is to determine the question of liability of the registered owner and the subsequent purchaser, with regard to payment of compensation.

(3.) The facts are being extracted from FAO No. 4600 of 2011, noticed in para Nos. 3 & 4 of the impugned award, which reads as under:-
