SUKHWINDER KAUR Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB AND OTHERS

Decided On March 14, 2012
SUKHWINDER KAUR Appellant
V/S
STATE OF PUNJAB AND OTHERS Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Prayer in this writ petition is that due to clerical error, the merit of the petitioner has not been correctly computed. In this connection, the petitioner has moved representations dated 24.1.2012 and 21.2.2012 to respondent No. 2. Counsel for the petitioner states that at this stage she would be satisfied if the representations of the petitioner are decided by respondent No. 2 by passing a speaking order within any reasonable time. I find this to be a fair request. Consequently, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation/s, as mentioned above, within 30 days from the receipt of a certified copy of this order, by passing a speaking order. In case, the petitioner is found entitled to relief claimed for, the same be also granted to her within the aforesaid period.

(2.) No order as to costs.
