JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner-Vikas Lohan son of Jagdish Chander Lohan has preferred the instant petition for anticipatory bail in a case registered against him, by means of FIR No.188 of 10.06.2012, for the commission of offences punishable under Section 188 IPC and Sections 7/14 Foreigners Act, 1946, by the police of Police Station Sadar Gurgaon.

(2.) Notice of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, going through the record with their valuable assistance and after considering the entire matter deeply, to my mind, the instant petition for anticipatory bail deserves to be accepted in this context.
