JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C.') challenging order dated 22.7.2011 whereby the application moved by the prosecution under Section 319 Cr.P.C. for summoning the respondents No. 1 to 4 as additional accused was dismissed.

(2.) Petitioner had lodged the FIR No.706 dated 5.10.2009 under Sections 376, 498-A, 506, 406, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Chandni Bagh, Panipat.

(3.) The case of the complainant, in brief, is that she was married to Pawan Kumar on 9.7.2008. Her father had given sufficient dowry at the time of her marriage. However, her in-laws started harassing her on account of insufficient dowry. About two and a half months prior to the lodging of the FIR, her husband came with his friend Gaurav and went to the room on the first floor. At that time, her mother-in-law and father-in-law were present in the house.
