JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED State counsel has filed affidavit of Sh. Sukh Ram, Superintendent Jail, District Jail Yamunanagar at Jagadhri, mentioning the period of imprisonment undergone by the applicant/appellant No.1-Ranbir Singh. The same is taken on record.

(2.) HEARD counsel for the parties.

(3.) THE applicant/appellant No.1-Ranbir Singh has been convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Yamunanagar at Jagadhri for the offence under Section 304-B/34 Indian Penal Code. He has been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 10 years, besides, pay a fine of Rs.5000/- and in default thereof, to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 2 months.
