JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 273 dated 26.08.2005 under Section 419, 465, 467, 468, 474, 120-B IPC and Section 12 of the Passport Act, Police Station, Kotwali Patiala District Patiala, which was got registered at the instance of complainant- Rajinder Kaur against the present petitioners on the basis of the compromise dated 03.12.2011 arrived at between the parties. Copy of the same has been placed on record as Annexure P-3.

(2.) IN the present case, the said FIR was registered on the statement of complainant Rajinder Kaur. However, during the pendency of the same, she died. Vide judgment dated 02.12.2009 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patiala, both the petitioners were convicted and sentenced as under:- Offence under Rigorous Imprisonment Section

(3.) AGGRIEVED, both the petitioners filed appeal against the said conviction order before learned Sessions Judge, Patiala. The same is pending.
