JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner-Rajbir Singh @ Raja Singh, son of Bawa Singh, has directed the instant petition for the grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered against him along with his other co-accused, by virtue of FIR No.12 dated 26.01.2012, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 325, 326, 148 and 149 IPC, by the police of Police Station Majitha, District Amritsar, invoking the provisions of Section 438 Cr.P.C.

(2.) Notice of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, going through the record with their valuable assistance and after considering the entire matter deeply, to my mind, the petitioner is entitled to the concession of anticipatory bail in this context.
