JUDGEMENT

(1.) As identical points for grant of anticipatory bail or otherwise are involved, therefore, I propose to decide the indicated petitions, vide this common order in order to avoid the repetition of facts.

(2.) The petitioners have directed the separate petitions for anticipatory bail in a case registered against them alongwith their co-accused, vide FIR No.97 dated 14.10.2012, on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under Sections 451, 380, 447 and 448 IPC, by the police of Police Station, Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga, invoking the provisions of Section 438 Cr.P.C.

(3.) Notices of the petition were issued to the State.
