JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellant has been convicted under Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code and awarded sentence of 3-1/2 years rigorous imprisonment. Mr. Mittal contends that the appellant is in jail for the last about ten months.

(2.) After hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, I grant bail to the appellant to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Gurgaon.
