(1.) The applicant/appellant has already undergone 3 years and 4 months in custody including the period undergone as an under trial. The appeal is not likely to be heard soon. Sentence is suspended. Bail to the satisfaction of CA.M. Ludhiana. However, the petitioner is warned that he shall not contact the prosecutrix Sharanjit Kaur in any way. Orders accordingly.
