JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Rajan Gupta states that challan against the petitioner shall be filed in the Court of Special Judge, Ambala, within a period of one month. The petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall not be arrested for a period of two weeks after the filing of challan or till the regular bail application is decided by the competent Court (if any filed), whichever is earlier.Order accordingly
