JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE allegations against the petitioner is that he alongwith his co-accused Shiv Dyal were found to be in possession of 2 Kgs of opium. At best it can be said that the petitioner was in possession of half of the quantity which is not commercial. Trial is not likely to conclude soon. Bail to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ludhiana. Petition allowed.
