JUDGEMENT

(1.) MUNSHI Singh has filed this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing the proceedings relating to the declaration of his surplus area started after the publication of the gazette on June 16, 1961 (copy Annexure 'E' to the petition).
