JUDGEMENT

(1.) Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

(2.) This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 37, dtd. 13/4/2021 under Ss. 409, 201, 120-B IPC and Sec. 13(1)(a) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, registered at Police Station Arniwala, District Fazilka.

(3.) On 12/10/2021, following order was passed:
