JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

(2.) This is a petition seeking regular bail in FIR No. 211 dated 27.10.2020 under Sections 279, 323, 325, 304, 304-A IPC and Section 3/181 of Motor Vehicles Act, registered at Police Station Sector 34, Chandigarh.

(3.) The FIR was outcome of a road accident. In the road accident two persons lost their lives and three persons received injuries.
