JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present petition has been filed under Sec. 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.25 dtd. 5/3/2021, under Ss. 323, 341, 452, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Mullanpur, District SAS Nagar as well as all the subsequent proceedings arising out of the same, keeping in view the compromise dtd. 13/7/2021 (Annexure P-1), which has been entered into between the parties.
