JUDGEMENT

(1.) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

(2.) For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and CRM-M-3094-2021 is taken on board today itself.

(3.) Instant petition has been filed under Sec. 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.21, dtd. 25/10/2018, under Ss. 323, 406, 498-A, 506 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Women West Gurugram, District Gurugram and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of Compromise dtd. 18/9/2020 (Annexure P-4).
