(1.) This case has been taken up through Video Conferencing via Webex facility in the light of Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

(2.) Prayer in the instant application is for disposal of the main writ petition, in view of judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in "Indore Development Authority vs. Manoharlal and others, AIR 2020 SC 1496".
