JUDGEMENT

(1.) The case has been taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

(2.) Petitioner seeks grant of regular bail under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.254 dtd. 1/10/2020, registered under Ss. 306, 34 IPC at Police Station Lehra, District Sangrur.

(3.) The FIR was registered on account of death of wife of petitioner, who committed suicide.
