JUDGEMENT

(1.) Case has been taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing.

(2.) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.166 dated 14.08.2020 under Sections 279 and 337 IPC, registered at Police Station South Sector-34, Chandigarh, and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 12.10.2020 (Annexure P/2) arrived at between the parties.

(3.) Learned counsel for the parties have stated that the present FIR may be quashed as the parties have amicably settled the dispute.
