JUDGEMENT

(1.) Matter has been taken up through Video Conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

(2.) Petitioner had participated in an e-auction process conducted by the Town Improvement Trust, Ludhiana.

(3.) Instant petition has been filed being aggrieved of the action of the respondent/Trust in not having accepted the bid submitted by the petitioner for a residential plot bearing No.845-F. Apparently, auction pertaining to the plot in question has been cancelled due to 'lower rates as compare to other similar properties' (Annexure P-5).
