JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

(2.) This is a petition for grant of regular bail in case of FIR No. 45 dated 4.4.2021, under Section 21 of NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station West, Sector 11, Chandigarh.

(3.) The police party during routine patrolling on 4.4.2021 checked Bano (petitioner) and transparent polythene bag was found from her in which 9 grams of smack was recovered.
