JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

(2.) This petition is filed for grant of regular bail in case of FIR No.75 dtd. 11/4/2021, under Ss. 21, 21 (B) of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station City-1, Abohar, District Fazilka.

(3.) On 11/4/2021, the police acting upon an information received, apprehended petitioner and 20 grams of Heroin was recovered from the glove box of Car bearing registration No.UP-16-K-1490. The car was being driven by Kulwinder Singh @ Kinda (petitioner).
