JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 197 dtd. 19/10/2019, registered under Ss. 452, 323, 354-B, 380, 427, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, at Police Station Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur.

(2.) Learned State counsel, who has also joined the proceedings through video conference, on instructions from ASI Mohinder Singh states that in terms of the order of this Court reproduced before, the petitioner has joined the investigation and the challan has been submitted and no further interrogation of the petitioner is required at this stage.
