This petition for pre-arrest bail has been filed by the petitioners Hari Ram aged 52 years son of Girraj Sharma and his son Ajay @ Bunti aged 27 years son of Hari Ram, both residents of Village Deeg, Police Station Sadar Ballabgarh, District Faridabad, both of them being accused in FIR No.0073 dated 08.03.2021, under Sections 148, 149, 186, 323, 332, 353, 506 IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Sadar Ballabgarh, District Faridabad.
