JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner, incarcerating upon his arrest in the above captioned FIR, has come up before this Court seeking regular bail.

(2.) As per Para 10 of the bail petition, the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

(3.) Briefly, the allegations against the petitioner are that on 12/5/2018, the complainant informed the aforesaid police station that she works as a female security guard and at about 10.00 p.m., when she was returning home, then two boys came from behind and snatched away lady purse from her hand. In the said purse, she was having Rs.5,000.00, ID card and some other personal items. Based on these allegations, the Police registered the FIR mentioned above.
