JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present petition has been filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in respect of FIR No.97 dtd. 28/6/2021 registered under Ss. 452, 324, 323, 427, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners have joined investigation in terms of order passed by this Court on 27/8/2021. Order dtd. 27/8/2021 is as under:
