JUDGEMENT

(1.) Case has been heard through video conferencing on account of COVID-19 Pandemic.

(2.) For the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 106 days in filing present appeal is allowed subject to all just exceptions.

(3.) Appellant has preferred this appeal against order dated 15.3.2021 whereby the writ petition No.5663-2021 filed by the appellant (petitioner therein), was dismissed by the learned Single Judge.
