JUDGEMENT

(1.) At the very outset, it may be noticed that in the main petition praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner - Sarabjit Singh, in FIR No.0072 dtd. 24/4/2019 registered under Ss. 20/22/61/85 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar (Rural), for releasing him on interim bail as per the order dtd. 7/1/2020, will continue till the next date of hearing.
